30-day returns, no pressure

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

We simply ask that items are unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, just email us at hello@smateria.com.au and we’ll guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Every Smateria piece is made with care in our own workshop in Cambodia, using unconventional materials and designed to last.

We encourage mindful purchasing - choosing pieces you’ll truly use and love - but we’re here if something doesn’t work out.
